A new planning methods: [ the roof is on fire ] - let the motherfucker burn

The complete description of this project will follow, although it is a self-explanatory.

The departure point would be if we are able to use fire, flood, earthquake, etc. as planning strategies: first to demolish ugly buildings and second to modify existing structure. In history of the cities that already has happened, sometimes on purpose and sometimes with no warning (Tijuana – Mexico, London – UK, Kobe – Japan, Dresden – Germany, just to mention a few). The interesting element in this concept would be a so called creative destruction.
